Thank you for your interest in our services. We are so excited to get to know you and make you feel proud about how and where you live. Lauren Evans Interiors is a boutique full service design studio defined by our culture of hands-on curation and collaboration.
Whether new build, renovation or a single room refresh, we know creating your dream can be disruptive, and pride ourselves on being there for clients, every inch of the way from inspiration to install. We collaborate and partner with homeowners, builders, and architects on projects ranging from custom builds to single-room furniture updates. Ancillary services include space planning, furniture and textile selection, material and finish specifications, custom window treatments and wall coverings, color consultation, art curation and interior styling.

In home design consultation
You have an idea of what you want but don’t know where to begin and need a boost get’n things rolling. We’ll drop in for a 90 minute consultation to collect your vision and interpret your style.
The consultation is more than a meet and greet. This is a working meeting where we provide a lot of information and advice as well as define the scope of work. We walk through your home, answer questions, offer ideas and get to know you and how your family lives. We discuss style preference, likes, dislikes and the general desired achievements. We also discuss budget. This meeting kick-starts a full service project for the DIY client, a one-time visit can solve a design dilemma, offer objective opinions and provide detailed guided direction. This is includes follow up email correspondence to provide you will the necessary info based on our meeting. Whether you decide to move forward with a full service project or not, our goal is to provide you with valuable and actionable information.

1. Oh hello there! Initial Consultation, Budget Review
2. Let’s get real! Review and signing of agreement; review of welcome folder info sheets
3. Receipt of retainer and commencement of project. Woot woot!
4. Trade Day: on-site measurements, photos and final criteria meeting including review of
budget and initial mood boards based on our discussions
5. The mother load: Execution of floor plans and elevations, sourcing of fabrics, furnishings and
quotes
6. Ooh & ahh: Presentation of estimates and furnishings/materials; collection of deposits
7. Placement of orders and delivery lead time assessment
8. Money talk: Budget Review
9. Let’s get crack’n! Initiation of construction and/or renovation
10. Check. Check. Check. Installation of design plan and receipt of orders
11. Out of the way please! Furniture Installation and styling
12. Ooh la la! Client Reveal
13. It happens! Deficiencies walk through/final punch list
14. Resolving deficiencies and review of final invoices. Phew!
15. Photoshoot time! Enjoy and live beautifully!
